Role of ClinicVi

ClinicVi is a software tool that supports clinics with patient communication, scheduling and administrative workflows. UDY Digital as operator:

• does not provide any medical services itself;
• does not issue diagnoses or treatment recommendations;
• does not act as a broker for treatment contracts between patient and clinic;
• is not a contracting party to any medical treatment that may result from use of the platform.

Clinic responsibility

Content created, stored or sent through the platform by clinics or their staff — including replies to patients, treatment descriptions, prices and promotional statements — is the sole responsibility of the relevant clinic. Promotional presentation of medical services in Germany is subject to the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG).

AI assistant and automated replies

The platform includes an AI assistant that helps clinics respond to patient inquiries. These responses are generated automatically based on information provided by the clinic and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

• AI-generated content should be treated as such and never replaces qualified medical review.
• Patients should always clarify specific medical questions in a personal or video meeting with a physician.
• The clinic remains responsible for the accuracy of every message sent through the platform.

External content and links

The platform may contain content or links to external sources (e.g. treatment descriptions, studies, third-party websites). Operators of those external sites are solely responsible for their content. We review external links at the time of linking; ongoing monitoring is not reasonable without specific evidence of an infringement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDY Digital accepts no liability for damages arising from use — or inability to use — information provided through the platform, including damages arising from treatment decisions made on the basis of platform content. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence and under product-liability law remains unaffected.
