What it does

Your credit payments are processed securely on Stripe: package purchases, auto-topup, saved cards and loyalty discounts — all in the panel. Card data is never stored in ClinicVi; the PCI burden stays with Stripe.

How to connect

    Go to the 'Credits / Billing' page in the panel.

  2. 02

    Pick a package and pay securely via Stripe Checkout.

  3. 03

    Optionally enable auto-topup — it charges your saved card when the balance drops below a threshold.

FAQ

Is this a native integration?

No. ClinicVi's native live integrations are Telegram, Webhook/CRM and Stripe. Other tools are reached via a signed webhook (directly) or a Zapier/Make bridge.

Where does my data go?

Only to the HTTPS address you enter, one-way. Patient contact info is sent only for leads you unlock with credit.

When does it trigger?

The moment you unlock a patient (spend credit). Requests you don't unlock are never sent.
