See every lead's price before you open it.
No hidden fees, no haggling. How many credits a request costs is shown in the panel before you unlock contact. You never pay a single credit for a lead you don't like.
- Price shown before unlock
- No surprises
- 1 credit ≈ €1.85
No surprises. The price is always in front of you.
Every request in your panel clearly shows its credit cost; you see the patient's masked summary (treatment, country, city) but not the contact until you pay. You only pay for the leads you choose to open — one price, phone and email unlocked together.
What makes a lead cheap or expensive?
Each request is priced on a few real signals. In short: the more valuable the treatment and the more ready the patient, the higher the credits.
Treatment value (biggest factor)
High-value procedures like full-arch implants, rhinoplasty, hair transplant or gastric surgery cost more credits than routine work like a single filling, whitening or a general enquiry.
Intent & readiness
Signals like concrete dates, "ready to book", quantities (how many veneers, how many grafts) raise the price; a bare "please call me" lowers it.
Budget
A stated, realistic budget raises the price. No budget lowers it slightly — but never zeroes out a high-value treatment.
Urgency & reachability
"As soon as possible" + a valid phone = a hot, immediately callable lead; that raises the price.
Detail quality
A specific, coherent, detailed description raises the price; one-word or vague text lowers it.
Multiple treatments
More than one procedure, or a companion also seeking treatment (more revenue), raises the price.
Same system, different leads.
A vague, uninformed request is cheap; as budget, dates and intent arrive, the credits rise. A few illustrative examples:
Dental · whitening / cleaning
"I'd like teeth whitening while I'm on holiday — how much is it?"
Low-ticket work: the clinic bills €120-300 — a lead can never cost more than 6% of that.
Single implant
"Thinking about an implant for a molar, Istanbul, within a few months."
Defined mid-value treatment + light timing signal.
Rhinoplasty · ready
"Nose job, my budget is ~€3,000, planning to come in September, I'm ready."
High-value treatment + budget + concrete date + strong intent.
Full-arch + companion
"Upper-lower All-on-6, my spouse also wants a hair transplant, budget €12,000, dates set."
Premium multi-treatment + high budget + urgency.
Credits are illustrative; the real cost is shown per lead in the panel.
Three steps, automatic.
Category baseline
The moment a request arrives, a fair starting cost is assigned based on the specialty.
AI fine-tuning
Each lead is scored individually: the cost is adjusted up or down by treatment value, intent, budget, urgency and detail quality.
Clear in the panel
The final credit cost is shown on the lead before you open it. If you don't like it, you don't pay.

Questions you might have
Who sets the price, is there haggling?
No haggling. Each lead is priced automatically by a category baseline + an AI score, and the cost is shown in the panel before you unlock.
Does the same treatment always cost the same?
No. Even the same treatment is priced differently by the patient's intent, budget, urgency and detail — a lead with richer signals costs more.
What's the lowest and highest credit cost?
Most leads are between 4–20 credits; low-ticket work such as a dental cleaning goes down to 3, and the richest premium multi-treatment requests reach 40. You always see it before opening.
Are there hidden fees or commission?
No. There's no commission on the treatment price; you only pay the credits shown on the lead you choose to open.
