Is 70% guaranteed?
No — "up to 70%" is a ceiling. The real rate varies by your institution, the expense item and your application. We don't promise a rate; your advisor calculates it.
I don't have an incentive advisor — what do I do?
No problem. We refer you to a trusted incentive advisor who knows this process and sets it up for you.
What does the advisor see in the panel?
Only your own clinic's service and expense/invoice records, read-only. We do not give access to patient contact info (PII).
How do I use the invoice for the incentive?
We provide the invoice in an incentive-ready format; you or your advisor add it to your application file. If needed we also grant the advisor verification access in the panel.
